We want you to be delighted with your traditional saree purchase from Karanji Vastra. We offer a transparent return process based on the conditions outlined below.
Return Period: You may initiate a return within 5 days from the date your order was delivered.
Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.

Mandatory Requirement: An Unboxing Video is mandatory for any return or refund claim. The video must clearly show the package being opened for the first time, demonstrating the condition of the saree upon receipt.
Return Authorization: All returns must be authorized in advance. Contact us via email to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before shipping.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of our receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
2. Conditions for Eligible Returns
For a return to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
The purchase date is within the last 5 days (to initiate contact).
The goods are in the original packaging and completely unused.
The required Unboxing Video has been submitted and verified.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for any merchandise that does not meet these criteria.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Not Eligible for Refund)
The following items are exempt from being returned due to their custom nature or hygiene standards:
Goods made specifically to your order or clearly personalized (e.g., sarees with completed Fall, Pico, or custom blouse stitching).
Goods which, by their nature, are not suitable for return, such as items unsealed after delivery due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Goods that have been damaged or altered after delivery.
4. Returning Goods and Shipping Responsibility
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We recommend using an insured, trackable mail service and obtaining a proof of return delivery.
Karanji Vastra cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during the return shipment. A refund will not be issued without the actual receipt of the goods or verified proof of return delivery.
5. Gift Returns
If the saree was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return will be issued once the item is received and approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued directly to the original purchaser (the gift giver).
